Steve Jones – Sales Director
Steve has enjoyed a forty-year career in furniture design and reupholstery, and prides himself on his comprehensive industry knowledge. Furniture is in his blood, with his father owning an upholstery business before him. Steve’s years of experience are invaluable when it comes to advising our clients. He conducts most site surveys himself, and can advise customers on any challenge. Whether it’s specialist refurbishment, space issues or budget considerations, Steve will examine your existing furniture and advise on whether to go for repair, reupholstery or new products.
Julian Fidler – Production Manager
Julian manages a team of skilled, experienced upholsterers and machinists. He has been running our workshop for over 30 years, since HSI was registered back in 1991.
Lesley Jones – Company Secretary
Lesley keeps the business running smoothly, organising customer orders, managing orders of fabric and other parts for our workshop, and making sure the office runs like clockwork!
Claire Souden – Website & Sales Administrator
Claire manages our websites and social media pages. She liaises with our suppliers to ensure we always have the most up-to-date product information on our website, as well as our latest news and offers.
