HSI Furniture will endeavour to deliver and install all products in a safe, professional manner.
We will deliver most orders for free within a fifty mile radius of our workshop in Reading, Berkshire. (Orders under £300 may incur a delivery cost, however this will all be confirmed in your quotation.)
Items will be delivered to an address specified by you, at a time which is convenient to your needs.
For small items such as cables, we normally dispatch the goods via courier or Royal Mail. Again, this will be confirmed in your quotation.
For bulky items, a lift may be required. If a service lift is not available for use, the client will need to ensure a public lift is available, and any necessary protection provided by the building owner. If lift access is not available, an extra cost may be incurred due to the extra resources required,
When bulky and/or heavy items need to be delivered by hand, HSI Furniture cannot accept liability for any damage to walls or flooring, or damage to products delivered once inside the building. For any items moved via stairs, the client will need to arrange protection if required.
